This draft privacy policy describes how Software Advantage ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through erpadvantage.com.au and the ERP Advantage service. It is a placeholder while the final policy is reviewed, and it will be replaced before any paid service is offered.
Information we collect
When you book a demo we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, team size and message. We also record basic technical information such as your IP address and the campaign that brought you to the site.
How we use it
We use these details to contact you about your demo request and about ERP Advantage. We do not sell your personal information.
Customer data in ERP Advantage
Data a customer stores in its own ERP Advantage workspace belongs to that customer. Terms covering that data will be set out in the customer agreement.
Access and correction
You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact details for privacy requests will be published in the final version of this policy.
